Mark your calendars and get your water bottles and running shoes ready for action.

Dryland cost-per-family will be $50 for 14 sessions. Quite a deal!
Bring a check made out to Cleveland Heights Speedskating and deliver to Barb or Leslie.

We encourage adults to “train” along side their children. If you have first-time siblings that would like to participate, please contact Coach for approval.

PRE-CONDITIONING will be one day a week. Thursdays 7:00pm May  24, 31 & June 7

CONDITIONING/DRYLAND : Starting June 11 – Two Days a week…Mondays & Thursdays 7PM

MONDAY’S: June 11, 18, 25
July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
